Ive just had THE BEST 3 nights sleep of my life. So quiet and comfortable. The staff have all been super friendly and relaxed.nIve stayed in lots of premmiers but this has been great.nThank you to Sarah the manager and Charlie for being extra accommodating. If I need a stay up north again it will be with you!!
Got 5 star service. Reception booking in seamless rooms perfect breakfast absolutely amazing. Quality of food superb options extensive fantastic service gor coeliac. Best service and quality premises. Highly highly recommend a stay. All staff amazing. Credit to chef too. Good cooked to perfection.
This was a convenient stop to break up a journey, but I wish I had found somewhere else. The room was mostly fine cleanliness wise, but I picked it because it had air conditioning as it was about 25 C outside. Unfortunately the air conditioning did absolutely nothing on full power aside from making a loud noise. I also hadn't thought it would be so busy I would need to book a table for dinner which was my own error but the woman at the restaurant was a bit harsh in telling us we'd have to come back in 3 hours.nMe and my family had a rubbish sleep and left before breakfast. Would not recommend.
I visited Premier Inn Junction 32 earlier this month and the whole experience was absolutely faultless from start to finish.nnWe were warmly greeted by Terri on reception, who was incredibly helpful during check-in. She clearly explained where our room was located and pointed out all the amenities. Terri was bubbly, down to earth, and gave us such a genuinely lovely welcome — a great first impression of the hotel.nnOur room was immaculate, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt well looked after and organised.nnOverall, a fantastic stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
The rooms are rrally nice, clean and spacious, very modern, no complaints with the rooms at all, great value. Friendly accommodating staff. Very polite and efficient. The nice cam be quite loud if facing the car park as its used by boy racers at night racing each other. Overpriced breakfast when wetherspoons and mcdonalds are over the road.
