The rooms are clean and large but very cold. The food is disgusting. The lift was not working, and the wifi cut out.

Clean, excellent room, large familly room with great ensuite - plenty of hot water, powerful shower, plenty of large thick towels. Flat screen TV and lots of choice of coffee ,tea etc + biscuits. restaurant was good value - good menu + veg options Friendly efficient service -good full English breakfast At the price we paid it was tremendous value. I have stayed in 4* hotels that haven't been as good
