This is a lovely pet shop.clean and well stocked. The staff are all very helpful nothing seems too much bother. Noticed some bad reviews about the Ark I think the people who wrote them have got muddled up with the pet shop on the opposite side of the road which is dirty animals not kept in good conditions and yes the owners are extremely rude

One of my friend bought a Guinea Pig .. after 2 days the piggie passed away , she had diarrhoea.. I went to the shop and there was a short lady with pony tail who worn glasses i think she is the supervisor she was very unhelpful. I have seen the Guinea Pigs and their drinking bottle was green!!! And just a small water on it.. horrible place, staff is rude. Went with baby pushchair none of them helped me to go to the upstairs. Will never go again

I bought a guinea pig , few days later one night she had diarhoea and she was shaking and crying..for the morning she passed away. I was very sad and upset so that morning i went back to the sidwell street shop, there was a short lady with glasses. I took the piggie with me she looked her pointed a few times with her finger and called someone on the phone and she told them haahaa there is a pig who passed away i was angry because the way she was talking about an animal. She was laughing and blaming at me.. i only feed her with the food what i got from the shop and they recommended it... i am so angry Will never return and report them.

Staff Rude!!! My Guinea Pig passed away after a week. They sold him as he is 14weeks and he was 3 yrs old. The short woman with glasses the supervisor is not qualified and Rude!!!
