My daughter and I visited Exeter Aquatics two years ago for the first time, having googled it. We knew nothing about fish, but our daughter wanted her first tank at home. We met Simon, who was very helpful and clearly knowledgeable. He set us up with a sensibly priced tank, and we followed his advice. Two years later we have a thriving fish tank and have been back to Exeter Aquatics time and time again. His prices might be a bit higher, but we take water samples in when we have an issue, which he tests for free, and provides expert advice also. I have even telephoned him from home when we needed some advice, which he is happy to give. You rarely get that from a big store.

Good service, great advice, and they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Overall very happy and I will definitely use them again in future.

By far the WORST "Aquatic store" I have personally EVER been too, The whole place was just horrible being inside, Poor fish tanks, What seemed very nice by the website, and was written by someone very good with words, Was lying, the "expert marine area" Was literally just 1 fish, in a run down tank, that looked depressed, The entire store itself just looked like someone's house with lots of tanks in it, and a few items for sale scattered around, Prices, Well, Nearly triple the costs of other fish shops in the area, i would not recommend this place to anybody, i was very disappointed with my very brief visit there.
