I would like to commend this store’s staff on the advice and support they have given as my daughter has taken on our first dog, a Frenchie puppy. On one visit we were given good advice on basics to buy. This was followed by the most amazing support from Kyla to help us manage the puppy not feeding, and to great effect. The staff here are passionate about animals and knowledgeable. The puppy care plan and discounts are great.

We visited the shop on a busy Saturday afternoon . We found the staff, especially Julia, very patient, knowledgeable, and listened to us. We will be returning often as we, and our doggy, enjoyed the experience.

Why is it every where I go seems to be the perfect place to shop for what I need,, it's because I visit lots of stores & always return to the ones that I think is best,, makes sence that's why I go back because their good.
Bad.. my experience was very bad… nobody was helping.. the one who helped was just trying to upsell so that her sales can go high.. I have been to the one in axminister and they were very very helpful…
I always find the advanced nutrition cat food I need usually Royal Canin , they have a good selection of different flavours and pack sizes. They have nice cat bowls china, metal and plastic and a big range of cat toys. Some live animals too, and a vet inside.
Great range of items. I was looking for items for my Guinea pigs and the Staff were great at helping me with specifics. Extra thanks to Aidan who answered all my questions and gave me extra help. My Guinea pigs love their new treats and houses. See the attached photo of my Guinea pig Ezlo enjoying his new bed!
All the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Sam the vet is very good and always explains the problem and then treats the animal with gentleness and care.
