This restaurant has great views looking over the Poole harbour, but the food and interior is quite mediocre. The staff was nice, but you couldn't see a smile anywhere. The portions are adequate, but the food is almost certainly not fresh. The interior design is weird, nothing matches, just random furniture shoved into one space. 3 stars because for the price the portions were good, and the view was unique, but next time I'd try something else.
Lovely scenic views of Poole harbour, varied menu and good service. Have been a few times now and never been disappointed, just wish I did order something different rather than fajitas but they are so good!!!!
Lovely restaurant with stunning views across Poole harbour. Friendly staff. The menu has a wide variety of dishes including vegetarian and gluten free options as all as a children's menu. Y A great place till stop for dinner after a trip to Brownsea island.
I attended here with a few work colleagues whilst away on business after one of the group suggested it and i was not disappointed. From the moment I entered I was greeted with a top standard of professionalism. Our server, Ella, is an absolute credit to the business. Ella was very friendly, polite and engaging, she interacted with all people at the meal delivering fantastic customer service. She truly made the meal an enjoyable experience. The food was great, I personally ordered the fajitas. The wraps were small but the meat and vegetables were not! And as the wraps were complimentary it was fine as we could have more brought over. The food was of good quality and of large portions. I would most certainly visit again next time I am in the Poole/Bournemouth area.
The food is generally good. It's a little pricey, but then you are paying partly for the location. It's lovely to be able to watch life go by on the quay while you enjoy your meal. The staff are mostly good, although our waitress on the last visit was a bit forgetful and she got a bit muddled up a couple of times. The food portions are generous, and the few meals that I've tried here have all been delicious.
Good, nice view of the water front. Really friendly and helpful waitresses. I had the breaded mushroom starter, excellent with the garlic dip. The curried lamb was good and a large portion so I was stuffed, no room for dessert.
We have just had our little boys 9th birthday meal here with friends and must say what a fantastic restaurant. We have not been here for a few years and am very pleased to say they still have an excellent and varied menu. The food comes out nice and hot and plenty of it as well, the pizza's are amazing. Massive thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who really helped to make our sons birthday really special.
We went last night for my husbands birthday, the service was great, although they were very busy they didn't rush us or neglect us either! ! The manager is the nicest guy I've ever met, always super attentive and very friendly! An absolute asset to the place, he even came running out after we left as he wanted to say goodbye and wasn't around when we left lovely food, huge portions and great value! We'll be back x
Enjoyed our lunch today. We both chose from the lunch menu which had around 10 lovely dishes to choose from at reasonable price of £6.95 plus £1 for a half coke, lemonade or juice. It was quick and tasty with a polite team of staff. Wonderful view of the harbour with tables outside in the sun.
