Popped in to kill some time today and Briony was wonderful, knowledgable and nearly managed to get me to buy. Had I been in a position to, I think I would have! Love the cars, the idea, even the home power solutions. Booking a test flight thanks to Briony so no doubt that will also lead to a sale. Excellent experience and happy to go back.

Blond guy was on his phone questions I was asking often closed off by him quickly with no intention of putting his phone down to actually help me. Now I’m not gonna buy a Tesla. Could’ve been a potential customer.

Good body language very clear and assertive..... I’ve booked a test drive in store... the sales assistant agreed on a home delivery test drive, that was booked for 12 pm two hours later, haven’t had a response or a call, That’s not good customer service.
