One of the best places shopping for your clothes and accessories. I am really satisfied with the Zara products. They are of good quality and have excellent discounts. I like the fact that you can make your purchases online and that it is easy to acquire. I love that I can shop from the comfort of my home and it is a practical way to shop. It is an excellent way to buy clothes, it is of quality and it reaches you in the city where you live. I really recommend buying in the Zara app because it has excellent prices. I highly recommend visiting this shop.
Absolutely awful. Zara clothes for children are fantastic- no complaints about the products it's the customer service that is shocking. Had some items from online order to exchange thought this would be easy. They didn't have some of the items that I wanted to exchange for a bigger size but thought no problem they'll be able to order for me & I can collect from store. At the start of the convo I asked if this could be done & was told no the young girl tried to be accommodating but her colleague was down right rude. Best advice avoid the store shop online
We went to Zara Milton Keynes looking for a coat for my husband. The store was quite busy which isn't unusual for this time of year in Zara. We found a coat we really liked but my husband's size was on a mannequin on the shop floor. I asked a team member if we could try the coat on and she found a merchandiser willing to remove the coat but she advised that unless we wished to purchase the coat she would not take it off because it was a waste of time. I told her we would not know if we wanted to buy unless he had tried it on, to which she replied that she would not remove it without us confirming we would buy. I felt very frustrated that we had travelled from Northampton to Milton Keynes to try on some coats we had seen on the website to be told that it would be a waste of their time to assist us. I find it bizarre that they would insist the coat stay on the mannequin where it would then be less likely to be sold. There would have been a good chance we would have brought it and other items in the store but my husband and I we're quite annoyed by the attitude of the member of staff so we just left and found some wonderful customer service elsewhere in Milton Keynes shopping centre.
Visited this store on Saturday 4th Feb ....my young daughter of nine was approached by the security guard and told wasn't allowed in due to her drink. Ok I understand that but you must approach the adult with her NOT THE CHILD ..needless to say I turned out family round and brought elsewhere...I think that someone needs to look into staff training here
This is the worst managed ZARA store that I have ever been to. Out of 11 fitting rooms there are 6 of them block with boxes and clothes. This is unacceptable. The waiting times are more than double. Not to mention the dirt in all the store especially the fitting rooms. I've been to a few ZARA stores in my life but nothing as bad as this. Very disspointing!
This store in mk is very busy but not easy to navi6around felt more like a jumble sale going on. Some variety of clothes and sizes but a disordered and untidy store. Parking is different places all at different costs and different walks closest would be multi storey.
Very slow service and the changing rooms had a massive queue + my wife tells me that this was because three of the changing rooms were out of use because they were filled with stock. Hence I sat on the floor outside the shop for about half an hour waiting for my beloved to re-appear.
If you really want to make a good use of your precious time, please AVOID. Got a sale item with all the sale stickers on it only to get to the till and was told it wasn't on sale and need to pay the full price...after staying in the queue for more than 15mins. I was asked where I got it from and I pointed to the location. The guy at the till went for another 6-7mins to confirm.if I was telling the truth. When he came back he returned the item to me and said 'can you look for someone on the shop floor and ask if this is a sale item' ? I was embarrassed. He eventually deemed it fit to call his manager and when she arrived, she shabbily and with a nonchalant attitude said ' you need to pay the full price, not a sale item' . There was no sorry, no apologies. I am going to sing this very loudly to everyone I know and non of my friends/family will return to ZARA Milton Keynes. They are unprofessional, very slow and confused.
i love zara but this store needs more space, or more staff. If they move to where topshop used to be that wuold be much better. so dusty and messy all the time you walk in. other stores are so asthetic and pleasant to shop and walk around this is just
staff super rude and 30 min wait in queue , didn’t apologise and had only 2 ppl on tills . let people queue jump. shop was also very messy
