Wonderful experience in this apple store. I visited the store for my scheduled apple vision pro demo. The shop is newly renovated and has amazing collections of various apple products.nThe staffs are polite and did absolutely best for the demo. It was a great experience overall and will recommend to visit the store if you are willing to buy apple products or want amazing experience.

Thank you to a lovely person who helped me pick the right watch. Kind, caring and beautiful young person sorry, don't remember her name. Loads of knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service.

I had a Genius Bar appointment, but when I got there, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. The shop was rammed with people. There were loads of staff marching into the room behind the Genius Bar but they were all steadfastly ignoring me and others waiting to check in. In the end I had to almost physically stop one to get their attention. I checked in and eventually I saw two guys half an hour late. They were great, but the overall experience was not.

Outstanding service from a guy called Chris. Very helpful except the part was not in stock however made me a very quick alternative appointment that had the part in another Apple Store and all done in the same day!!nnYet again a great experience in an Apple Store, not only that I left my AirPods behind but Chris went above and beyond to find them for me and went back the next day to collect them.nnYou are a credit to the brand thanks again Chris

Went in the store 20-10-24 to buy an Apple i pad pro and was told i would have to wait forty five minutes to be served. Apple are definitely in a great position to make paying customers wait nearly an hour to be served. Needless to say I didn’t wait or go back.
