My MacBook Pro had a software fault after trying to install the new update. I was unable to load my laptop and thought I was going to lose all my data! I attended the store as soon as it had opened to book myself in for an appointment and I was seen within 10-minutes! The backup took about an hour, but I wasn’t bothered as long as my laptop was fixed. Thanks to Jason & team for resolving this issue for me. My laptop is now in good working order and running fine. Thanks again, Chris

I needed a replacement phone battery. It seems so simple. Wasted my time on the telephone, making an appointment, two visits (I do not live in Milton Keyes so am not local), long waits and eventually at the end of the second long visit, 'service declined'. No doubt the small print I had to sign in order to be seen at all can justify this, and it's a likely fact that the phone may have been opened before. And the job takes 10 minutes, I have watched it being done. Really, this is the best that Apple can manage? Really? This software forces to give one star. Actually it's 0/5. Be sure, I will never be inside another Apple store. Ever.

Picked up case from this store. I must say the staff there was very rude! Especially the woman of Asian origin who served me. No manners! Had no clue...not technical also lacked knowledge of Apple products!!! She doesn’t know fundamentals of customer service. She needs to be sent to a school where this can be thought! It seems like Any Tom Dick and Harry can work for Apple Store. It seems arrogance is deep in Apple DNA.....starting from TIM CROOK and runs all the way to the staff in their shops! Very very disappointed....I might as well say hood bye to expensive Apple say say hello to android!

Extremely annoying automated answerphone asking you to provide details to enter Fort Knox. It is a centralise Apple no and not the actula store tel number. The reasons might be based on all the recent reviews of rude staff. I am dreading to go there for anything. But, it is the nearest store to me so, I had no choice. This place is giving Apple a very notorious reputation. WHO IS THE MANAGER THERE? Is Apple still paying him/ her for bringing disrepute to this store? I will prepare for the rude service. I hope others who had received very rude service to name and shame this Apple store here.

This review is regarding trying to call in to actually speak to someone in-store. Automated system bounces calls back to technical support offsite. If you are able to get through to the store, no-one answers! When will large companies like this realise that there are actually a large number of us who want to talk to someone in the store we are going to visit. Shocking lack of basic customer service, which has resulted in me taking my business elsewhere.
