Absolutely abysmal service, aftercare is none existent. If you do choose to buy from them, hope that something does not go wrong (which seems highly likely) because Beavebrooks are incapable of using any initiative to put things right.

You could not wish for a better jeweller, this is a bright modern store, well stocked and with good product ranges. I purchased two premium brand watches from the Milton Keynes store this year, both times dealing Charlotte who has been an excellent representaive for Beaverbrooks and made both purchases seem special, taking time to demonstrate a range of models and designs, offering great knowledge of the brands and the specific details for each model, and all with incredible enthusiasm. The other staff seem equally pleased to help and make this store stand out among several other jewellers in the MK centre as the one to choose.

They weren't able to replace the battery in my activity tracking watch as it wasn't something they sold, but the sales assistant was very helpful and directed me to Debenhams, assuring me that they would be able to help. She was right, thanks for some great advice as I never would have thought to go there! Very polite and approachable, and a lovely store.

5 stars isn't enough for Beaverbrooks! These girls have been absolutely impeccable with their customer service, going above and beyond the level of good customer service most stores try to achieve. We have made three separate purchases for items for our wedding and we will be coming back here for years to come. If you need any jewellery at all, go past every other jewellers in Milton Keynes and go to Beaverbrooks and ask for Gemma!!
