TERRIBLE RETAILER AND EMPLOYER! I worked here for a few years and they are an awful employer - they are greedy and unfair. After I quit, I went back 10 months later to buy jeans at Miss Selfridge. I went back to return them and not only was the concession manager extremely rude but she mocked my speech impediment, excused me of stealing, and I was racially profiled by her - which is racist. The security team are 2 useless halfwits. Luckily, the deputy manager was there to save the day. She was absolutely lovely, kind and fixed the problem that they should've solved hours ago. At least Debenhams seem to have one thing right.

Large store. So many designer outlets. Plenty of different make up concessions.  Nail bars.

The shop is well layed out with a very good selection, and the staff are helpful. It can be a little over priced for some things.
