Always helpful and friendly staff. They are well stocked and organised for busy periods. Staff are really on it helping customers and jumping onto till when they need to.
We walked in 10 minutes before the store was due to close and the customer service we received right at the end of the day was 5 star from every single member of staff we encountered. Super helpful and super friendly. Thank you very much for making us feel like valued customers!
Absolutely amazing store as always with lego very high quality products reasonable price and kind useful and welcoming staff who are highly trained. The pick a brick wall has a good supply of bricks and has good variety although crowded the shop is clean and is well managed. I was also pleased to see the male your own minifigure station included and I loved the lego statues 10 out of 10!
Greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man. He showed my mum what she needed on a iPad as not in store. Gave ideas on what you could add to what we wanted to get. Nice bright and airy in the store.
This isn't the biggest Lego store but they do stock a good variety of the ranges . The staff are really friendly and helpful, its worth joining the VIP membership in my opinion as you build up points every time you make a purchase that convert to pounds off. Saved myself six pounds on my most recent visit.....
The staff at the Lego store Milton Keynes were all brilliant . They were engaging and clearly loved lego and the excitement it creates. My husband was very excited with the Lego pick and mix and this was great fun. There were loads of completed models to look at from big builds to grab bags.

Door staff were friendly, floor staff were happy and the displays were great. Only 4 stars due to the size. I thought it would be bigger but 5 stars for service
My boyfriend and I decided to make lego figures of each other for our anniversary but there seemed a lot less hair and clothes options than when I made 3 figures as a kid! We struggled to make ones that even slightly resembled us and all red hair had a hat on - disappointed but I suppose it’s not made for trying to make real life people, although it would be nice to expand the options.
Lovely people , such a lovely atmosphere to go into and browse around. Really helpful people and also very knowledgeable. Great experience
