Not hugely impressed. They have no working ATM, it has been non-working for months and nobody has been to fix it. They regularly have very long queues and only one staff member on to serve, while the others in the store notice the queues and continue to stack shelves (back when I worked in retail years ago if there were queues you stopped doing stock and jumped on till until the queues were cleared, then you carried on with you stock duties). They often have incorrect price labels on their stock, meaning staff have to check. The staff themselves are very nice people with great customer service, however, as a regular customer and somebody with a history in retail management, I can honestly say this Tesco is poorly managed and needs restructure while the problems are fixable.

A nice medium sized store somewhere between convenience and large supermarket. Good range of products and most stuff you need is in stock, no clothing. Friendly helpful staff at hand when you need them. Well laid out store spacious and not cramped. Free ample parking but does get busy at certain times. Free to use cash dispensers outside.

Very friendly store. Cashiers always have a professional attitude and a cheerful word. Not the tidiest store but for a late night one they have to restock sometime. All good, just sometimes tobacco counter seems to shut at different times to the rest of the store.

What can I say. They have everything. But my mayn Big Usman. He is a fantastic worker who knows how to work. A real grafter. Hope he gets a promotion. I think he can yabadabadoo it to the top of the Tesco chain!

Call up I check on stock, takes you through all the option then disconnects saying they can’t check stock!
