I'm very happy shopping here. There was a time when there was 2 Asian lads working in there that were very rude, I'd get very worked up and angry when they were there, I'm not one to bite my tongue but I did see one of them in the street one day and I told him what I thought of him for having no manners and snatching money out of my hand and ignoring my questions. if he was still there I'd have removed him and his mate from the shop without the managers permission. Rant over. I think all the other staff are so lovely and have always been that way, It's now a pleasure to go in there. Thanks very much.
most of staff were ok one particular person who worked there 3 years ago was always rude towards me rolling her eyebrows when I would ask for a bag she would also RIP up my receipt without giving it to me.neverytime I would go in there I'd make a point to make sure there was someone else there to serve me so I wasnt served by her.nif she was in the back she would come out and follow me around pretending to fiddle with stuff on shelves..which was really irritating..last straw was when she deliberately pushed past my 8yr old..probably to provoke a reaction..when I asked my child if she was ok..this girl started shouting at me I was so annoyed and embarrassed I shouted back at her asking why she kept causing me distress every time I was in store..she told me to go f myself so i asked her if it was due to me having banter with her bf who also worked there as i was told by other staff she didnt like anyone talking to him or laughing with him instore or at checkout..as she was very possessive and made sure he worked same shifts as herself to keep a close eye on him.ntowards the end of both of us shouting at each other she tried to assault me but the trolleys were in the way..there were other staff there but they said nothing and just put their head down as if to dismiss what had happened..the security guard also looked on I was told to leave the store by one of the Male staff..but I was asking for her details and theirs including the security guard..he refused and said he would be going against me anyway.ni left store as my child had gone outside store as she was very upset when this girl tried to assault me.ni rang the dept for this co op to report this incident and the girls conduct etc.nI asked them to look at the CCTV for that day..but I was basiically fobbed offnmy friend who worked there told me the manager said I was bannednyet the 3 Male staff and security guard all stood and watched the girl trying to assault me and swear at me and did nothingnI ve never gone instore againnthey treated me very badly and did not check security footage nor reprimand the girl who has sincenabsolutely disgusted with this experiencenmuch more professional and friendly service at other co ops.
Yet another small co op, I guess this is now what the co op has become. it was well stocked, with staff still stacking the shelves, but most importantly to me they were aware of my presence and moved out of my way to allow me to pass. It was nice to encounter friendly staff upon entering the store, it felt very welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
I think health and safety need to visit 2nd day in a row smells of a dead rat I walked in couldn't even shop and walked out
