We were on our way to Birmingham from Scotland. It was almost lunchtime and the kids wanted to eat lunch while I needed to take some fuel. We loved that supermarket as it was cheap to have our lunch there as well as the fuel was pretty much cheaper than other refuelling stations. I strongly recommended this place.
Sneaky tactics to overcharge so check your receipts!! Bought 3 pizzas on the 3 for 2 and was charged for all 3. Called customer services who promised to send an email voucher for the difference - it never arrived! Chased again and was told by somebody else that they post vouchers not email and the chap wasn’t even going to take my address???!!! Guess what STILL NOT ARRIVED. It’s a matter of principle so will escalate complaint to Head Office BUT will keep chasing until it arrives!!
Handy-sized store based in Central Solihull. Parking can be a struggle at peak times and is strictly limited to 90 minutes or a fine is issued. Friendly staff, good choice of products and a small in-house café. Take your own shopping bags to avoid being charged!
Needs more light both inside and outside.. food selection is great, just need better ambience
I used the hand car wash service and was told to back in 2 hours. However, I've got £100 fine 2 weeks later and said I was packing for too long.
It's a nice morrisons - the meal deal is alright and including fresh baguettes is a nice change from the standard. Car park is a little weird, but hasn't it always been?
I had no problem with the grocery shopping,but the person who served me in the coffee bar was very unprofessional,she was talking to a boy,whilst I was waiting to be served,no please or thank you.when she bought the tea and scone she just seemed to put it on the edge of the table in a careless fashion.There was no butter for the scone,when I asked for some she just slapped it down on the table.Very poor customer service.
Well stocked, comfortable and friendly store situated adjacent to Solihull's main retail center. This center offers many bus connections to Birmingham and Coventry.
Staff extremely helpful , and if you want the best selection of tea types go to Morrisons
I found it a very pleasant store to shop as l live in Droitwich l shall certainly visit the store again we have a small morrisons in Droitwich but not such a large amount of good looking produce also l will be able to sit and have some lunch in there restaurant, l very much recommend a visit .
