Nothing to complain about. I went to this post office on a Saturday afternoon. It's located in the Birmingham city centre. It wasn't too busy so everything was quite quick. The staff I met was really nice and helpful.
Disgusting service! Needed to post something important. I asked the lady where the post box was, she said to just give it her and she would post it for me! Found out today that the important item I was posting never was received nor was it posted. This was three weeks ago. I feel really let down. There is important information in that package and now I have no idea what this girl has done with it!
Worst experience at a post office ever! Don’t go here if you still want to feel self-worth after your visit from doing a post office errand!! Me and my friend both got served by a very rude lady who at one point was refusing to give back my parcel as she has already printed a return label and then went onto dismiss us and shoved us for someone else to deal with as she “does not want to deal with us” and because we were apparently “wasting her time”. Furthermore, she said she “could not be bothered” to explain to everyone in the line one of the issues that I was facing as I had told her she didn’t make me aware of this and if I had known prior all of this could have been prevented. But surely, as an individual who has been employed to work at a place where customer service is a top priority, this should be something she is bothered about? Alongside with all of this, I was spoken to with unnecessary attitude and felt very belittled, and if I’m honest it ruined my whole day after the encounter with this employee. Some people should be trained to speak to humans with decent respect, especially in this branch.
I dont have to beg to get my money through job centre that sent by letter. The staff checked my id twice as if i was a lier. Didnt even make me speak to the manager. Just stood there looking at me. I find it strange when the staff dont want give good service or treat people with respect.
I went in to exchange some currency, but found out that the rates on display are for sums greater than £1000; the actual rate for normal lower sums turned out to be more expensive than anywhere else I checked two banks and TUI also. Talk about public service. .
Nice and quiet on a Thursday before Easter very friendly hopefully staff informative professional
Had a parcel that needed to be collected and Naj the manager was amazing and helped out so much So 10’stars for her.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced by Kully the 'manager' here. He told me to open up my parcel and as it needed to include another package, and then point black refused to seal it back up even though he had just sealed another ladys parcel for her. He then complained he was running around doing his job he was rude, stand offish, unhelpful and I am SHOCKED he is a manager here. He made me feel very uneasy and lacks the principles of basic customer service. I am shocked there are so many bad reviews yet they still continue to operate so vile. Imagine being that bothered about a piece of sellotape.
Post office is located by the town hall, You get a ticket number on arrival from the machine after you have selected the reason you are visiting. I went in this occasion to get some stamps from the display cabinet. They had the ones I wanted in stock They sometimes have better deals on the collectable coins that are available from the Royal Mint worth having a look
Went in and needed to take in parcels, apply for IDL and SIA badge and buy some foreign currency. Saw a lady called Maz who was so friendly and helpful. Not like the usual disinterested service I receive elsewhere. She is a credit to the organisation.
