In three occasions I left work early to pick up parcels in this post office, in two of them the informatic system was not working so I had to come back and in the last one I was informed that the post office was shut almost 1 h early for family reasons. Very poor service.

Waited whist staff member finished surfing on his phone, then while dealing with me... stopped to sign for a delivery and pass on some post to a courier. We have all got busy lives and a job to do, didn`t even ask if I minded!

Helpful and polite Asian kid, helped me post my parcel and advised me on all the options available

Definitely the worst post office I've been to. The guy behind the till is a disgrace

Looks like they have recently lost the only member of staff who was polite and helpful. The more senior member off staff is rude and will never put himself out to help with any postal queries or problems.

i find the staff very help full and polite and always have been
