I have been swimming at Teddington Pool on and off for very many years, and have always found it an enjoyable experience. However, I have been more than impressed by the facility since lockdown. The water is pristine as are the changing rooms shout-out to the lovely cleaners and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There is still a booking system which does require a bit of negotiating to get the slot you want, but it is well worth the effort for such an enjoyable 45 minutes of swimming. So huge thanks to all the staff for making post-lockdown much easier to endure!
Well maintained children's playground at rear of the pool
We are not happy that we have to book In before coming to the pool . We can not download the App and as a registered carer it’s not possible to book online. This is ridiculous , covid is over , we should be able to come to the pool freely. We have disabilities and have difficulties trying to book beforehand .
really lovely pool. really clean and well managed, life guards are super friendly and pleasant, not too expensive for an hour swim with lots of different memberships available. and really nice glass walls so very light and spacious
A nice homey feel about the place. Very family friendly. 4 stars as the men's toilets were unusable according to my husband.
Fabulous pool not over chlorinated nice people and wonderful swimming I had a 45 minute slot very easy to get to nice change area and showers highly recommended for a swim
Friendly staff and both main and learner pools are good size. Just wished it was a bit clearer.
I've been using the Hydrotherapy Pool for multiple months now due to medical issues. The included facilities are mostly fine, a few exceptions however. For example: every shower head holder in the hydrotherapy section is and have been broken for longer than I've been attending. Staff are friendly if you engage in conversation first. Other attendees are polite. The included weights, floats, and general equipment for use in the pool itself are great. The Hydrotherapy Pool is nice and warm, being in the range of 32°c and 35°c. Price for admission in the Hydrotherapy Pool is £9.70 for an adult, £8.70 if you own a Richmond Card, with concession pricing at £4.40 for low income, disabled or unemployed. You're able to book classes and lanes for the main pool on their site, with the exception being you have to call to book the hydrotherapy pool. Overall, a great facility. Will update once I graduate to the pool and gym!
The children's pool was excellent, like a warm bath and the changing facilities were warm and clean. Looking forward to going back.
A lovely swimming pool for my weekly swim. They had a lovely one way system and good restrictions during covid and it’s lovely to see the restrictions easing off. The team did a great job at keeping things going and have always been friendly.
