Well what can l say. Firstly the positive the reception girls at the spa were great on greeting us showed us around. The relaxation room was not very relaxing could hear noise from outside. The beds were not comfy, they could have had some nice smelling oil in the room and light relaxing music, but no. Having been to Pennyhill spa l have to say there relaxation room amazing, water beds, nice smell, music and duvets :) It all felt rather crowded , did not like the pool inside being looked at by everyone. Outside pool nice but it was empty so enjoyable. All and all l would not go again and would not recommend to others to go.
