Was served by an absolute angel named Tom, very friendly polite and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves, the best service I have received from all the chains of Krispy Kremes I’ve been to. You can tell that he honestly enjoys what he does!

Every aspect is wonderful, I come here often - most times with my mum - and the doughnuts are always delicious alongside their selection of drinks. More importantly,the level of customer service here is brilliant. One member of staff always stands out to us who is Tom. We have seen him the last couple of times we've been here and each time he has always been seen to work hard and always makes a point of saying hello and asking if we are okay and if we need anything else. Tom deserves every bit of praise that he receives. Thank you Tom for making our visit today even more enjoyable!!

Really friendly staff who look like the genuinely like working there and talking to customers. Great place to sit, have a coffee and a donut.
