Had Brunch there on New Years. The burger was good, no complaints from the Mrs. My pancakes were a bit tough, but other things were alright. The calamari in white was very good as well. It's a good placeFood: 3/5
Came here during weekdays as walk in guest. Glad we still get table and we’ve got discount. The food are delicious as the picture. We had 3 courses meal which is wonderful. I love the fish and sweet potatoes fries. My husband happy with his steak. And I was soo happy knowing I can get dougnut mini for my dessert. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant look clean and during covid we sit with social distance. We did came back during weekend, however the restaurant always full. So its really need to book the table if you wantbto come on weekend.
Really lovely food but what got me was the staff. They were VERY kind and cheerful! Always checking in on me making sure everything was okay. Making jokes with nice conversation and just in general so upbeat! Vegetarian options: Had vegetarian options available. Parking: Bluewater Carpark. Wheelchair accessibility: Has a large doorway with wide spaces for wheelchairs. Dietary restrictions: Respect allergies and have menu items to cater.
We had an excellent family get together at Bills Bluewater. We needed a big table and had to wait around 30 minutes to be seated. The food as always was very tasty and service excellent.
Very nice experience. Been already twice and second time we're my birthday. I enjoy it a lot pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. My dessert was a piece of art.One of my favourite place to go. Can't wait to go again...
You can't go wrong with Bill's. Food is always great, they are chain, so you will get the same quality and portions in any Bill's restaurant. Went there many times for breakfast. They are very focus on their customers.

The food and drinks were tasty and came quick! I got a burger and that was standardly good but my partner got some duck watermelon meal. It was strange but tasty.
We went for our annual Christmas shopping day and as usual stopped for breakfast at Bills. We were seated quite quickly but the seating was not suitable. We had our 7 month old son with us and they sat his high chair in front of a shelf that had many glasses, had he of pulled the shelf there would have been a nasty accident. The food took forever to come and by the time it arrived my son was cranky and bored and hardly at anything. The food was its usual good quality food and the halloumi was amazing. It was just a shame that the person who seated us didn’t take more care where they sat a baby. Additionally to the glasses issue the floor was very uneven and his high chair was wobbling all over the place. It was so bad that we ended up rearranging the seats around the table ourselves. I don’t think I’d visit with my again any time soon.
