Pretty much poor all round - the exception being the staff, who were friendly and attentive. I appreciate that chains like this have a lot of food pre packed and heated (pizza being a clear exception), but you don't expected it to be completed tasteless and have no substance to it. The side salad had clearly been left out and was wilted and dry, the pasta was very tart and no herb flavour what so ever... Just really disappointed, if you are in blue water, walk to the other side and go to Bella Italia for pasta. (did not have pizza, so can't comment on them)

We ordered bruschetta and we got a dry piece if toast with a bit of tomato! When we didnt leave the tip the waitress got really moody and rude ! On the way home we both got food poison ! I am italian by birth and i can only say that this restaurant should be shut down!

The service was good and the dishes ambitious, but the end result was average at best. Congratulations however for offering a vegan menu which was much appreciated by one of our party.

Good service and selection of food. Just what you need after a day of walking around carrying bags at Bluewater!

We just had lunch here at Ask Italian, It was complete NAFF, we had very overdone (burnt) garlic prawns, @ £9.00 a go, the main courses were edible but bland, both left us unsatisfied . Been there before, was OK , but not this time. There was no excuse, the place was 25% full. TD
