A Costa is a Costa. Use to be crowded in busy times.

Atrocious service. Over 10 minute wait. They forgot the cakes. Have to ask for syrup on top of cooler. Staff gormlessly staring at me while I wait for them to realise they've forgotten 50% of my order. No apology. Atrocious.
