Awful train station which is served by Southeastern trains there is no disabled access to the platforms or station entrance only uneven stairs. There is a small waiting room which is very basic. Possibly one of the worse stations in Southeast London.
Frequent south eastern services to London Victoria / Bromley South / Orpington. Every 15 minutes at peak time and every 30 minutes at off-peak time. Tickets selling machine is available. Staffed ticket office is supposed to open every day Monday to Saturday, but due to shortage of staff, it opens around 3 days a week randomly. Station car park is available payable. No station toilet. The main problem is no lift at this station, there are three schools nearly, Dulwich prep, Dulwich wood, Kingsdale, there are many steps to exit this station, it is difficult for some parents with buggy or pushchair.
The station has the bare essentials for what you expect for a small commuter train station. None of the platforms here have step free access as it's only accessible via a footbridge or a stepped footpath.nnThere's a ticket office and ticket machines provide on platform 1 as well as a small café open some of the time. Seating and shelter is minimal but adequate, better on platform 1 as that has a waiting room.
Not a good station there is no accessibility at all and all the platforms have stairs down. There are no bus stops nearby at all unless you trek up a big hill which is not good for those with luggage. Needs a lot of improvement.
Hands down the most relaxing station on the network.
