Rented with Swots for 2 years. Christian and Roger are very friendly and approachable and always respond quickly to any problems. The house is well looked after and anything missing furniture wise was bought at our request. Nice box of chocolates and card received at Christmas. Would recommend Swots to any students looking to rent!

I rented from Roger 2016-17. It was a very pleasant experience I recommend to any students. The housing is a very high standard for a very fair price. They are very friendly and efficient, and any problems with the house were quickly dealt with - Roger has a handbook for trusted workmen which made any breakdowns with plumbing, boiler etc stress-free. A lot of student landlords can be unreliable but swots go out of their way to make sure you get a comfortable and fair experience.

We chose SWOTS to rent from initially due to their very good reputation of looking after their tenants and because of the quality of the houses which we were shown. They definitely deserve their reputation - Roger and Christian have been so wonderful to us in every aspect of us letting the property; they are so quick to deal with any problems, are so easy and no-nonsense in their approach to any question or issue which we might have and really go the extra mile in their attention to detail. Everything has been very easy and we really love our house; it's very homely, spacious and modern. 
We were even brought a box of chocolates and a card for Christmas from SWOTS... I can't think of another landlord who might do that! 
We have already signed for our accommodation next year with them and would recommend renting from them wholeheartedly.

During my time at university I rented two properties from Swots. The houses were extremely well maintained and furnished to a high standard whilst also being reasonably priced. Any maintenance issues that arose were always resolved quickly and effectively, often within 1 day. Roger and Christian were both extremely helpful, quick to respond to any queries and always kept us well informed. Renting from Swots was stress free and I would highly recommend to any student looking for affordable high quality accommodation in Sheffield.

I would recommend SWOTS for student accommodation. The houses are well furnished and more homely than your average student house! They are also well looked after and rent is very reasonable. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and Roger and Christian always kept us informed of what was going on. Our garden was also done up during our tenancy giving us a nice place to sit outside - an added bonus and proof that the houses are well maintained! Overall a very good renting experience with swots.
