So unprofessional bad service. No responce to phone calls nor emails. Within 1 hr from my viewing a house they asked me to rush to their office to apply to pay a £2500 deposit, when reached there on time they claimed it has been applied for and landlord is traveling abroad.

It is so nice. I lived in a flat of BPS with my wife some years ago when I was studying at Sheffield University. The flat was in Moorgate Ave. At the beginning the flat was unfinished, but the landlord promissed us that it will be well furnished. We moved there. After 3 weeks the flat was as new. The fees were reasonables and everything was ok. Saludos desde México :)

They lied that I had to pay them an agent fee even though the property I found was not listed them.
