Terrible. Previous tenants left a smashed up car on our driveway. 3 months later Lewis Wadsworth have done nothing about it. Absolutely disgraceful. Not the sort of landlord you want, if they think it's acceptable for an abandoned car to be left on your driveway for months.

I can only speak for the application process as (fortunately) have not yet had to call in for any repairs. I have been with Lewis Wadsworth for 6 months and will be sure to update my review should I need repairs at any stage. I found them incredibly helpful and personable during the application process. The lady I spoke with took great time to go over the contracts with me and make sure I understood everything I needed. The only reason I am giving a star less is that they did let themselves into my home for an inspection without prior consent and without notifying me that it would be taking place in advance. This wasn't a disaster but it did feel like a bit of an invasion of privacy.
