I have carried out aerial and satellite TV work for Dove Properties for over 8 years now.  My experience has been 100% positive -  their staff are friendly, highly responsive to their tenants needs and are always available to take calls unlike many other letting agents. As a landlord I've been very happy with the service provided by Dove Properties. They have always been on the ball and dealt with any maintenance issues quickly and effectively.

Having someone falsely use my name in a review a few weeks ago i feel that this business needs a 5 star review. I have never had any business with this company and after being contacted by a few people pointing out my name has been used (potentially because they know of me being a racing driver) i feel the review further down the page should be flagged by as many people as possible. As for the review stating 'my child' i am not aware of a child of my own... my only baby of mine is the race car

Currently renting with them, the landlord refuses to allow the installation of a water meter unnecessarily costing us 100s of pounds in unmetered charges, simple issues with the house take weeks to fix. Basic expected furniture such dining chairs/table were not provided, or kettle and microwave. (admittedly these were not specifically listed in the contract but it is utterly unheard of  for a student house not to come with them so if you must rent with these people read the contract VERY carefully)

Really helpful and pleasant staff, genuinely felt as if they wanted to help us the best they could. Would recommend to others. Not sure if the woman's name who sorted us out in store but she was amazingly helpful, I presume she knows who she is. Thanks a lot dove
