The sale of my house with Haybrook at Crookes was smooth, efficient and professional. It was good to deal with friendly, helpful and reliable people working at a local branch. If, like me, you are wary of shiny corporate estate agents, then I would recommend Christina Clarke and her team.

After meeting with other estate agents to start the process of selling my house, Christina was by far the most impressive. Not the cheapest but Christina reassured me that you get what you pay for and they would do their very best for me. Got many offers from the open house, achieved over the asking price and it was all carried out very professionally. Then Lola took over to push through the sale - wasn't straight-forward but her expertise and persistence were extremely valuable. She kept in touch well and worked incredibly hard to get me a great outcome. Can't recommend them highly enough and would advise anyone looking to sell in the area to go with them as they will work very very hard for you. Thanks!

Haybrook Crookes have been fantastic! I originally contacted Christina in September17 as we were just thinking about selling our house. She was very friendly and professional throughout her visit and kept in touch until we decided to go to market in Jan18. It was solely down to her as to why we chose Haybrook as we had been offered many deals to sell our house cheaper!! It has paid off though... not even 3 weeks on the market and we have got over the asking price! Not only that, the buyers seem lovely which makes us feel really good about selling our house. Thanks team Haybrook!

Outstanding experience from my first contact with Christina, who was always available throughout the whole process, to the fact that they have the very efficient Lola, who's sole job it is to keep pushing sales through to completion. I have had some recent horror stories of trying to sell other apartments, but finally I have found an estate agent who is interested, engaged & genuinely has a desire to move the sale through as quickly as possible. Thank you
