The worst experience ever! We rented a house via Hunters, a week of living there the ceiling collapsed in, damaging clothing and furniture. Took Hunters over 2 weeks to get it fixed. We were then blamed for the ceiling collapsing, stating "letting water splash out of the shower", however the handyman conformed that it was due to years of neglect and damp. We got very little/to no help from the lettings team and I made a formal complaint to the Council whom were very displeased at what had gone on. I would recommend avoiding Hunters

Jenna has been a brilliant property manager . I have been dealing with her for 2years and she has always been very helpful and kept me informed of all that was happening with the property.

Chose Hunters because they were nearest to the letting property and recommended by the local newsagent. They find tenants for us but I manage the property myself on a day to day basis. However, I get free advice on the best tradesmen when problems arise and when tenants move on new tenants are always found extremely quickly. Have already recommended them to my daughter and would be happy to recommend to anyone looking for a really friendly but totally professional service.

All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we didn't rent a property from them, I would recommend using them as they always get back to you no matter what the issue!

Excellent fully managed service. Always kept informed and up to date about matters requiring attention at our property. All staff are very helpful and easy to work with. As a result of this we are at present looking to add to our portfolio with Hunters.
