Food poisoning from takeaway. Violently sick multiple times through the night. Food was clearly not fresh, just heated up, badly and way too quickly. Parts were warm and others cold. Did some research and found Oxford Mail article stating Sunrise were awarded a 1 star food hygiene rating just last year 1 star out of 5. Place needs to be shut down. Staff clearly do not care about serving safe, hygienic and edible food. The takeaway front of house also looked like a junk tip.
Normally very good but tonight every dish was stone cold.
Wow, worst takeaway I've ever had! Crispy chilli beef had no sauce so it was bone dry, egg fried rice was clumpy and flavourless, could barely eat it. Delivery and service not a problem, kitchen is what needs sorting out.
The food here is excellent. Very well prepared and tasty. I cannot recommend this takeaway highly enough. Very friendly service and generous portions. If I could give 6 stars I would.
I dont usually review or even complain when i have a bad meal but i felt like i had to on this occasion. Delivery was quick but the food was horrendous..most dished were cold, the chicken tasted like fish, the sezchuan prawns had an incredibly strong smell of urine and left a disgusting metalic taste in the mouth. I phoned the resturant for some kind of explanation or a part refund and they refused. Would not order again.
worst chinese takeaway I ever had. Their singapore fried rice was not even close to singapore fried rice, tase wise or apearence wise. The appetizers were god aweful and very oily. The oil seems to not have been changed in ages as it gave me one of the worst after taste. I wish I could get the time and money back. Could not eat it at all and felt sick within an hour of eating..
We ordered a takeaway for delivery. All done in goid faith via their internet. Although we live less than 2 miles from their front door, we were called back after ordering and told they don’t deliver to us! We have paid already. I don’t know whether we will get a refund because the man in control was too busy to talk. A massive joke. PLEASE do not use these people, you will be let down. Afterwards we ordered from Imperial Garden. Oh, so much better and professional.
Best Chinese takeaway in Bicester. Most of the dishes are very flavourful. Especially the Singapore fried rice. Will definitely come back again. Thumbs up!
dont normally do reviews.. but collected from the restaurant everything was good smelt good then when eating food tasted a bit different not bad but not the taste I was expecting and withing 45 mins of consuming food I was sick. may have just been a one off but will not be ordering again.
Disgusting! - don’t even deserve the one star I had to give in order to write this review. Satay chicken was burnt and didn’t even taste like satay sauce! The rest of the order was dry and just really not very nice. Paid so much for are order and was not worth a single penny- delievery was also 15minutes late. Would not recommend at all!
