Went as 7, service was fine, offerred to help me take pictures :D. Building is cool. But the food. Below average I'd say. Soggy truffle fries not pictured, tasteless Mozeralla Pesto, underwhelming sea bass my choice, people weren't exactly raving about their meals either - pictured some of them. I don't know if I'm just spoiled but I've honestly had hello fresh meals that were tastier. My apperol Spritz was awful and the Peroni from the tap was dreadful. £6 for a bottle of lucky saint ???... I'd like to give 2.5 stars but that doesn't seem possible and I def can't give it 3 stars so sorry 2 stars it is.

Fast food extreme. Staff busy busy but perfectly polite and food arrived in no time. Pizza and lasagne excellent although chip portions rather small for the price. We used meerkat food code for discount but still felt pricey  Vegetarian options: Vegan options good  Parking: Parking above sainsbury was free for enough time to eat

Had a great meal here superb attentive staff went the extra mile to ensure our visit was a success. Food was very tasty. Lovely waitress didn't get her name but short lady dark hair glasses  very efficient. Our favourite the meatballs delicious!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Prezzo Bicester.  The staff were attentive and really listened to our coversation not really directed at the waiting staff either, in particularly our daughters intolerance to dairy as we read and picked through the menu.  The food was delicious   and to our surprise, our daughters dish arrived and had been slightly adapted to remove the dairy.  We had ordered Sea Bass that may have contained butter in the sauce and we thought they wouldn't set menu remove it it doesn't kill her to have the dairy, just upsets her, pay the consequences later but they did, cooked obviously separately, served beautifully with the sauce removed. All our meals were piping hot, salads fresh & crisp.  All Excellent   Dietary restrictions: Prezzo have a dietary menu that shows all that each dish contains so you can chose something that doesn&#39;t contain your intolerance or allergy.  However, as our experience has shown, despite the detailed menu description and chosing something that contained for exampe, the dairy in this case, they will remove it, if possible, and create the dish without the component that causes you upset. This is worth 10 stars to us nevermind 5

A very friendly lady waited on us and really helped make our evening special. She complimented and joked with us whenever she would come near the "pretty table" which made my date and I blush. Another great night here in Bicester!  I have been to many different Prezzo restaurants in the country and this one has the nicest looking interior I've seen, with the same great tasting food I have come to expect from the chain. For a family-friendly Italian place, the atmosphere is lively and they serve comfortingly delicious pasta. Will remain among my favourite places to go for any occasion.

I paid for my food and at the door the lady said my money didn't get through. I paid it again. I've checked my bank account and I realised they took the money twice from me. They said they'll be transfer me in 2 days!!! After 3 days!!!!! my money is still not on my account and now they said 4-5 days. Also how the manager talked to me it was absolutely ridiculous. He was arrogant and disrespectful. I definitely won't go any Prezzo restaurant again.

Great meal for Valentine’s Day! Service was great despite being busy. Food was amazing. Stacey and Luke were both fab throughout the evening. Thank you for a great meal.

Although the food was very nice. It was not exactly what we ordered. Service was very good, but we were the only customers, which made it a bit of a subdued atmosphere.Food: 4/5

I paid for my food and they said my transfer didn't go through so I paid it again. When I've checked it I realised they charged me twice. When I ask for my money back they said I'll get it 2 days later!!! After 2 days the money wasn't on my account. When I asked for my money the manager was arrogant, disrespectful and tried to blame me. It was absolutely ridiculous. I'll never go there again.

It is unusual for me to write a poor review. First thing to remember... if you want to eat past 7.30... DONT BOOK HERE! There are far nicer more welcoming places to eat in bicester.  However the service from a male server in a purple jumper was atrocious.  For transparency, We were booked for 7.30  a table of 9 admittedly 2 of the table didn't get there until 7.50.... but the restaurant was not full and our orders were taken as soon as we sat down.. so all in before 8.  He was clearly mad and wanted us to know. He walked around the table not asking any questions... just staring at us when it was our turn to order, huffing as he put it in.... though I'm not sure why he was so mad, since when the food arrived .. it was clearly not cooked from fresh... so prep time must be minimal. We were all out by 9.15pm. That's with starter through to dessert.. it was so rushed and awful.  Definitely will not be here again Though I'm positive that man in the purple jumper doesn't care. In contrast... everywhere else we have ever eaten in bicester we all work there has been lovely.
