Story

We are a family-run restaurant, located in Bicester, Oxfordshire offering take-away and delivery services seven days a week (including bank holidays). Our high quality food includes specialties such as balti, tandoori and vegetarian dishes.
We hope you find our new web ordering service of value — it’s much better than hanging on the phone! Orders are pre-paid and so easy to collect or for us to deliver. Also, there’s less chance of mistakes. Do let us know what you think.
Finally, do inform us of any allergy or special requirements and we’ll do our best to meet them.

Went to Zaara for a midweek meal with friends. Very attentive staff. The food overall was very good. The prawn puri was very tasty and the sauce nice and rich. The main dishes were all good and reasonably generous and the onion bhajis were some of the nicest I've tasted in a long time. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for a curry in Bicester.
A good restaurant in a nice and small town. Went there with my family and had a good treat with the food. The staff has been really nice. The food is good, but not as spicy as you would think. I guess that’s a marketing decision due to the local customer segment. But had enough sauces and curry to make it as spicy as you wanted. There’s no allocated parking space, but there’s a local parking spot next to it at a walking distance. Would definitely recommend.
The food was decent, and the server gave his utmost effort to be graceful and attentive. However, the owner gave us the bill, then took back the receipt and overcharged us for things he didn't tell us were not included in the meal and which we didn't order. When we asked about the new charges and showed dissatisfaction, he reduced the amount, but overall it was still too much for example, 7 quids for a glass of cheap, white wine.
Absolutely delicious food, two of our party said it was one if the best Indian meals they had ever had and with good sized portions with enough for breakfast! and very reasonably priced. Quick service also. Will definitely come back.

Enter the restaurant waited 5 to 7 minutes to be seated to a table they only had a group of 6 people And that 1 group of 6 people slow down the entire restaurant And that 1 group of 6 people slowed down the entire restaurant Finally when we did get aSeat we were sat down without a menu We had to ask for a menu. After a little wait papadoms n chutney came, after 20mim no sign of starter to be seen. After long wait starter arrived. King prawn puri and a chicken chat which was tasty. After another long wait no sign of mains. Staff kept saying 5min food ready but food no where to be seen. At this point we decided to pay n leave then they sat us back down saying food ready only to receive the wrong food. Their idea of a salad on a biriyani is a Cucumber. After speaking to manger who tried charging for the full meal then he asked the waiter if the food been touched waiter said no manger said bring food back next customer that comes in push for a chicken tika biriyani. Manger said it in bengali. He must have assumed i am not a bengali speaking person. Utterly disgusting management and atrocious customer service skills.
I went yesterday first time first of all their staff treat me so nicely And my food was ready very fast I give order for take way and they make my food or pack give to me very fast very fast and good service also when I eat food trust me it was very amazing food definitely order again and agin Thanku so much make my Christmas special
I only went to visit the boss who's a friend. Sat down and had dinner with them after closing. Now, the thing I had is what the staff have after finishing work and it's always off the menu. It's delicious and the rest of you can keep on dreaming ;
