I will start by complimenting the customer service, atmosphere, and overall experience was good. We enjoyed almost everything and we will be back for a second time.  My only complaint is one piece of my meat was extremely dry and I was not able to eat it.

Very friendly staffs and excellent service. Food is nicely grilled and served. Very delicious and will definitely come back again.

I’ve visited this Nando’s twice now, the first was a few months ago with my partner where we sat in, and today for a take-away. I can’t fault it to be fair, food is spot on every time, friendly service and the place is always kept clean. We did have a bit of a wait last time but that was due to the Covid restrictions I think.

It seems like nothing has changed since I last been there pre-lockdown. To order you need to scan a code to order and pay. There is still self service for the drinks. They are taking safety measure; they frequently clean the door handles, the services still wear masks. The food was good.

We went into the place with only 1 table busy and the rest of the place was empty. We had ordered wings with our mains and had to wait 30 minutes to get our food because of 3 pieces of wings that were still in the oven. The food was overcooked in the end and tasted burnt. We also noticed that the staff asked everyone how the food was except our table. So disappointing service.

It was ok. The food was decent but midway through my meal I saw an ant on the top serving table staff were nice enough to us though and the venue isn’t too big, when going up to get drinks refills, it’s a bit of a squeeze at the top to get through if people are queuing at the till to order and the app didn’t work

We’ve been Nandos loyalists since over a decade, it’s once a week meal for us surely. Since we moved close to Bicester recently, the Bicester branch has become our local visiting spot. The staff are lovely, food is great as usual. We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday there and the manager and staff could not have been more accommodating! Has been a superb experience always but this particular branch is now our favourite!! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday an absolute success!  Vegetarian options: Absolutely love the beannie burger, chick pea burger, and the veg sides, our daughter is vegetarian and she loves it too!  Kid-friendliness: They ran out of colors and the lovely manager sent someone to buy some more so our kids could be kept entertained!  Parking: Sainsburys opposite Nandos

On our most recent visit the menu was very limited because of supply chain issues.  The restaurant was short staffed so we were supposed to use their app/web ordering but this was an extremely frustrating experience that kept losing the order details, forcing us to start again.  Eventually we ordered at the till. The staff who were working were great and the food was delivered promptly with no issues aside from the aforementioned lack of options.

Waited 30 mins on a bank holiday afternoon 3pm but worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was decent will visit again but nando is just way too popular in this country can't believe it

Food was lovely. Customers service needs some working on…waited at the door for sometime before someone actually bothered to come over… apart from that looked clean and tidy.
