One of the best burgers, ever! This is a must if you want to have a real burger! They are all freshly cooked and taste amazing! The staff there is very friendly and the burgers are definitely worth the money! I usually go there every time I am in Bicester, but I also had it delivered once and I was very pleased with the entire service! Highly recommended!

Very unimpressed. I ordered a half pound burger and fries. The burger meat was over cooked and black, hard to chew and unsatisfying. The bacon was diced in small pieces and not in strips as you would expect, also over cooked and very chewy. The fries were stringy and I could have cooked better myself from a supermarket. Overall did not meet my expectations. I should have gone to BK or McD, saved money and probably got better. Not the best burger in town so I would suggest altering your marketing!

Had my first Mi-Burger 06/04/2018. Was very tasty and looking forward to trying something else next time. Hubby wasn't overly impressed, he would have been happier if I'd made burgers myself or gone to Goss Butchers. I do feel the minimum order charge was a bit high as we just wanted burgers but had to order drinks and fries to make up the £15 min charge for delivery. Not happy with service on 13/04/2018. Placed an order online to be told it'd be a two hour wait!!! Phoned up to find they don't have sufficient structure in place to manage deliveries and collections. If I wanted to wait two hours for dinner I would cook myself a roast!!! Refund requested and not going to order from them until they pull their fingers out and figure out their plans for offering delivery, For the record I ordered from my favourite burger takeaway, after speaking to Mi-Burger, at 20:30 and it arrived at 20:48. ***** Spoke to them today about an issue with the refund (double charge on my pending transactions). They apologised and claimed that no-one seemed upset with their two hour waits last night (yeah, right, okay!) I said they should expect people will want their orders within 45 minutes - 1 hour at 20:30 on a Friday night - in line with their competitors in Bicester (Pizza House, By All Means). Frankly found him quite rude and will NOT be going back to Mi-Burger.

Good job this place opened recently....I've not been able to get a decent burger in Bicester when I visit friends. Cooked fresh to order so burgers are always hot, gooey and tasty. Chips are crispy and from real spuds, thanks for not serving frozen chips!! Much prefer freshly made convenience food, rather than the frozen rubbish from the competition. I'd say this is on par with five guys but at the fraction of the price.

What a brilliant place for Bicester! Fantastic burgers and excellent topping options. Love the hot sauce and mayo combination with cheese and bacon on a double burger.... Yum!
