So I sent my wife down for some food today 20/09/2017 at 14:00 she made the order it was a simple order Italian bmt on flatbread with gherkins and garlic mayonnaise the staff the proceeded to put red onions,lettuce and ranch sauce into the sub upon a phone call to the store to find out weather the employee was deaf he then tried to say that my wife was a liar and never said gherkins at all which is poppycock as I was on the phone to her when she made the order if this were the first time my order had been screwed up I would have let it slide and pinned it down to that employee having a bad day but I pay good money for the service they provide and yet over the 8 times I've been to them this year each time the order has been incorrect so here is a delightful review letting everyone reading this know that if you go to the subway in Bicester located next to the vue cinema make sure you speak clearly and obviously loudly as for some reason they don't seem to hear when you speak normally safe to say I'm annoyed with this experience and will be putting in a formal complaint also :)
