Booked a appointment 5 weeks ago and in the week I was about to have my appointment. The time was changed twice. The surgery was not even willing to compromise. The times were changed due to doctor not being able to get there on time.they think they are the only ones who are so busy. They forget that other people have jobs and things to do. The surgery has gone down the hill. Receptionists ring your home and leave details of appointments with family. I'm sure this is breach of confidentiality. Time scales are really really bad.

I wouldn't normally leave a review but I would like to warn anyone thinking of joining this practice.  I am the sole carer for both my parents, tried to get an emergency appointment.  I phoned at 9 am.  All appointments gone.  Not even a phone appointment available.  I explained I was the sole carer for my parents and I felt really unwell.  So much so I didn't feel well enough to help my parents for that day and needed some advice.  Still told nothing available.  I know doctors surgeries are busy and trying to cope with many patients but they put my parents at risk of proper care.  Not impressed at all.

When you stay 1 hour waiting with your baby crying and the reception lady tells you to go if you want. That is not normal and also verry disrespectfull !!!! You should be ashamed for treatinv patients like this !

I've been at this surgery for 11 years, and yes it has it up's and down's, but whenever I spoken about any problems it is usually sorted out straight away. 
Normally I can get a appointment for the same day, docs are always polite, and most of the receptions staff are extremely friendly.
For Luton this is a good surgery, been to a few and this is one of the best I have been too. 
As with anything there is always room for improvements but this surgery has more good then bad. 
Keep up the good work.

Been coming here since being born, Seen it move from 2 other sites before here. NHS staff are normally pretty good, However they do tend to make things up to cover up situations. Never had any issues with this practice up untill Dr. Shah/ Thomson left. & even the NHS complaints get brushed under the table. Is this what were expected to put up with as patients.??? Like put up or shut up. Iv not seen surgeys close before…..But im sure this one may be a first. Take my advice…..Steer clear.
