I contacted Stoneacre following an unfortunate encounter with a car dealer in Manchester. Being new to the world of motors and having not long passed my test it felt line a minefield of information. I was struggling to navigate who to trust. Ella was fantastic and really understanding. Walked us through the whole process and took great care of us! Really pleased with the car and the finance options made available to us.

Been to Stoneacre Wrexham today. I was there for hours sorting everything out. All of the staff were amazing, friendly, polite and so very helpful. Customer service was brilliant and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Ella and everyone for being so patient with me. I really appreciated everything you did today, and I have chosen a new car yeah. I hope I remembered the correct name.

I have just had a service done on my car and I can honestly say that the experience was stress free, excellent, with impeccable customer service. Amy was very nice and helpful. A bit costly, but the car runs fine afterward. I would recommend. Thank you once again.
