Fantastic customer service. Had a problem with a used car I bought. Problems happen, it's how they are handled that matters. Swansway did everything they could, fixed the problem, gave me a courtesy car with fuel and free insurance. Terrific people to deal with. A potentially bad experience turned into a very positive one due to great cooperation and collaboration. Highly recommended.
Had a eye on a car for a while at this garage finally gave in and spoke to them , Youssef was so understanding as I said I couldn’t pick it up for a few weeks due to work commitments , paid a deposit picked it up a week or so later and was treated like royalty , had a few free gifts fromnHim which means a lot amnLoving the car and have to say best experience I ever had buying a car
We were looked after and felt valued from my initial enquiry until the collection. Even after when we had a small problem the dealer acknowledged it and came up with a satisfactory solution. Sion the salesperson was amazing
Difficult when you find a car you like that's nearly 300 miles away from where you live, Glynn at Wrexham VW did a great job in giving me the confidence in buying that car, and on hand over everything was as he said it would be. Happy customer that would happily recommend them.
Reserved a car a vw touareg which I was told the car was in excellent condition and had been very well looked after had a walk around video too .drove 2 hours to look at it to find that they had put the price up by another £500 over night due to them having alot of interest in it.had a look round the car and found the front footwells were full of water as the sunroof was leaking water on the b pillars and some on the sides of the dash board and they said it wasn't so showed the sales guy. Then after a few conversations with his manager etc he tried to get me to pay £500 to hold the car till it had been in the work shop for the used car check which this should of been done before letting anybody view the car which is disgusting.so waited on a phone call back to find out that this morning the car was going to cost to much money to fix and that they were sending it to auction and they would refund my £50 reserve fee.nSo basically they had advertised the car without looking at it and wasted my time and fuel.waste of a 4 half hour round tripnJust be careful to anybody buying a used car from here as they are not honest at all plus be careful of the warranty as it doesn't cover sunroofs either and other things so just read into that before you commit to anything
