I was rear ended and ended up with a bit of damage to my bumper. I went through a third party no fault company who sent me to Bodyperfect and from the reviews I was very sceptical. However, I have received my car back after 2 weeks and 2 days and most of that was waiting for the parts and you can not tell it’s a different bumper. The quality of the service was amazing with the receptionist always answering the phones advising and giving approximate estimates for completion. They even cleaned my car for me. If you are sceptical from the previous reviews hope this helps.

Very poor workmanship bumpers coming loose paint run marks colours dont match didnt use ford parts fist attempt. So did it again making my claim even higher by £1000s . When colected it after second try of fixing it said they cant do any more very disappointed
Do not use Body PerfectnnI don't even know where to begin. My car was hit while parked on the 29th November 2023, and although the insurance company responded swiftly and said they resolved the issue, it took two weeks and my own persistence to finally get the garage to contact me for the car's collection.nnThe garage picked up my car without any problems on December 14th, 2023 the only decent thing they did, but they didn't return it until over two months later. During this time, I received five or six different completion dates from the garage. When I called them for an update after the first completion date had passed, they informed me that the parts were just delivered—this, a full month after they had taken my car.nnFrom that point on, I encountered one excuse after another for why my car wasn't ready on time. The garage never reached out to explain the delays; I only found out by contacting them myself. Whenever I called, I felt like they were either lying or refusing to take responsibility for the situation.nnWhat started as a small dent in the driver's side wheel arch somehow escalated into needing an entirely new suspension. While I understand that complications can arise, the extent of the required repairs and the series of lies I've been fed make me doubt the legitimacy of their claim.nnTo top it all off, I've had to deal with the other party's insurance company, as they facilitated this whole ordeal rather than my own insurance. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
My neighbour reversed into my parked car and the insurers sent it onto Body Perfect for repair. [1]nnThey collected my car from home and left me with a courtesy car. I didn’t see it again for 26 days.nnThey brought it back with the bumper badly fitted. [2 + 3]nnI called them, they collected it and brought it back with a badly fitted bumper. [4 + 5].nnI messaged them, rang them, promised a call back which never happened. Messaged them, rang them again finally ending with me forced to take it back to the insurers .nnWhat good is your three year warranty when your company can't even fit a bumper.
