I have been taking my car here for the last 4 yrs because I really trusted the previous owner. However, now that owner has retired and this garage is under a new management I will never ever take my car back here. 3 weeks ago after I spent nearly 1k to have my car fixed. I had a new gear box, clutch , blower. My car is a 6-speed manual however when they changed my gear box they only put 5 gear speed. When asked about it they said it was the store where they got my gearbox who made a mistake. Surely if you are the mechanic before installing the gear in the car you would check if you got the correct one? They assured us that they would change it but it would take 2 weeks for the new gear box to arrive and would just contact us when it arrives. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks now with no phone calls from them. Tried ringing them several times and been told that the person who dealt my car is not around and has been assigned to a different site! They really messed up my car and at the end I decided to sell my car and get a new one.
