If I had the option to give no stars that would have been my preference. The staff were inconsiderate and generally unhelpful. There was no communication at all on progress with the repair, which was for a glow plug replacement. It is almost impossible to get through on the phone and they never ring back when they promise to do so. They were totally incapable of the engineering to safely remove the plug resulting in the plug snapping and the engine cylinder block needing to be removed.  Even then they could not remove the plug and eventually I had to take the head myself to an engineer in Birmingham who removed it in 10 minutes. They kept the vehicle for over two months and there was no apology when I collected it. They also replaced the battery but on collection the van had to be jump started. I queried it and they said it was because it had been sitting idle for weeks. That was not true as they said they had road tested the vehicle only 4 days previously. I will not go to this centre again and would not recommend anybody else to do so. The customer service is absolutely appalling.

I purchased our new Buzz from Swansway, Phil provided a fantastic service I explained what i wanted, I was listened to and all available options were given, no time wasting or sitting waiting for hours and a quick turn around, by far the best experience we've had to date from a sales person.

We waited 6 months for our new car . When we went to pick it up they had taken delivery of the wrong car . We ordered a 7 seater a 5 seater was delivered. They even put our personal number plates on it and didn’t notice . Obviously we were disappointed. They told us if we wait 4 weeks they could get us another car but not the colour we wanted. We had no choice but to agree it was that or wait another 6 months. The 4 weeks turned out to be 2 months.nI don’t know who messed up .But someone did .

We went to look at a vehicle that we drove over an hour to see. We got shown around the vehicle and a few others. We then asked for a test drive and the excuse was that there was no fuel in the tank and so we would have to wait. We agreed to wait for the fuel. Then we were told that the vehicle had been sold which was a lie in order to get rid of us as the vehicle is still up for sale on multiple websites.

Wouldn’t use again. Had a problem with all 4 tyres after 16k miles on my transporter that I bought from them new. Clearly a tyre warranty issue, but Wrexham van centre refused to even look at them.nn**Update April 2nd to respond to the misleading VW response**nAll 4 tyres were dangerous, did VW expect me to drive on them to the dealership?nAll I asked the dealer to do was to send the tyres back to the manufacturer that THEY purchased them from for a warranty check and they refused.nn16k miles on all 4 brand new tyres is not fair wear and tear. The treads were all worn evenly with plenty of tread depth left over; clearly a manufacturing fault and needed returning to the manufacturer BY THE DEALER WHO PROVIDED THEM.nnLike i said. Very poor customer service from the Wrexham dealer.nBuy your new Van from another dealer who care about their customers.
