I am very disappointed that my 32K Transporter was delivered from this garage to Newcastle without the 30mm lowering springs, that I paid for, a non working rear seat belt, a scratch on the tailgate of the metallic paintwork, a wrongly fitted rear seat belt mount, wheel wobble over 50mph, streaks on the inside of the windows. My vehicle obviously did not have a Pre Delivery Inspection as these fault would of been picked up. I now have to take my own precious time to go to other VW dealership to get these faults rectified because of the laziness of this dealership. I will be putting in a formal complaint to VW and unless I receive some decent after care, this review will not be removed until then.
