We booked a test drive at Wrexham Volkswagen for 12 today. We were going to come earlier but we were told no one was available till then. We drove 200 miles and arrived at 11.45am to see the car being driven off for a test drive by someone else, and were told that the people taking the test drive had just turned up, and it was first come first served. When we said ‘why would you do that when we had booked’ the managers attitude was ‘tough’ you should have paid a deposit. What is the point of taking a test drive booking, you should be honest and say it’s first come first served, and that we do not honour bookings. The manager said we may not have turned up, but he had our number, he knew we were driving a long way, he could easily have phoned us and checked we were on our way. We spent 9 hours in the car, and drove 400 miles round trip for a completely wasted journey, and the worst thing was the manager did not give a damn. We did not wait for the car to come back from the test drive as we decided we would not buy from these people if this is the way they behave.

Had a very friendly experience today at the garage looking for a new car thanks to Sion who helped us, highly recommend to speak to him for advice. Very polite and helpful  :)

Glenn Rodgers sales executive. Has been splendid in meeting our expectations. Very professional courteous service from all staff we encountered. They car we purchased was in excellent condition except minor cosmetic  issue which we are assured will be rectified.

Always excellent service from all the staff at Wrexham VW which is without a doubt the best car sales garage in the area. I can say this having been to pretty much all locally. I have had my vehicle in for various service, recall and repair work over the last few years. 

As a small note: I was somewhat surprised by the negative reviews on here which are frankly incorrect. One review claims that damage was caused to the car. How can this be the case when every time I have visited the garage they complete a walk around of your vehicle with you to note any damage? 
Another negative review comments on L Phillips and a service plan. Again, I would say this review is inaccurate. Firstly L Phillips has always gone out of her way in helping and communication is always excellent. Secondly, it seems obvious that if you buy a service plan from a garage then you have to take the car back there or to another garage in the group (such as crewe).
