Having just purchased my fourth car from Lindop Toyota Wrexham the assistance I was given on this occasion was second to none from Simone Adlington. There was nothing too much trouble for her and she is fully prepared to go out of her way to help. An absolute "GEM"
I had a great experience at Lindop Toyota Wrexham because sales executive Rachel was very professional from start to finish, the buying process was .explained thoroughly and I also had great support from the handover staff.
Visited this dealer in the hope of looking at some cars. Went into the showroom and not a salesman in sight. Waited about 10 minutes and still no one around, not even on the forecourt. Obviously not interested in sales. Definitely won't be going there again
My experience at Lindop Toyota Wrexham was cracking because the salesman Stewart was a nice man very friendly not pushy. I test drives two cars which I loved both of them I settled for the kia Sportage which is a lovely drive n family car. Good selection of cars on the forecourt and the salesman Stewart was fantastic.
Never had a Toyota before, would definitely visit here again. Excellent customer service, can't fault them, they go they extra mile. Highly recommended this dealership.
Sales person Jonny morton very rude certainly shouldn't be selling cars maybe try a Sunday Market!!! You definitely need customer training
Friendly, polite professional service when buying a car. A huge shout out for Jonny our sales executive initial contact via the telephone answering our email enquiry promptly. He made us feel welcome and relaxed upon arrival, allowed us to test drive the vehicle unattended many don't! very smooth and friendly negotiations throughout our visit, struck the right deal for the right car with the right dealer. All the staff very friendly ...also a special mention for Cat the handover specialist who was brilliant . Definitely the best experience we have had buying a car from a main agent.Thanks very much guys . Other main agents take note this is how it should be. We will be back.

Terrible service. They have not been able to deliver my car and the transaction was mutually cancelled. Now they will not return my deposit. Be very careful dealing with this company, especially if you are paying them a large sum of money.
