Stewart & Co have managed my rental property for several years.  Nothing is too much trouble. Charles regularly goes over and above to deal with any issues with tenants.  Monthly rental is collected and forwarded every month like clockwork. Unlike other agents Charles really does offer a professional management service. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Stewart & Co.

How lucky we were to find Charles!  He looks after a couple of rental properties for us and from the start has been very friendly, reassuring and easy to deal with.  He has taken away the worry and hassle of renting with his “nothing too much trouble” approach and is very proactive in resolving any issues. He is also very knowledgeable about property and happy to share this.  Fantastic service from all the staff and highly recommended!

A first class service from Charles and his team made the sale of my mother's property straightforward and stress-free. This was all the more so because, as  I don't live in NI, everything had to be organised from a distance. In these circumstances it meant a great deal to have someone who was completely reliable and proactive in managing the process and Charles was perfect in doing that. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly if you're planning to sell your property.

Charles went the extra mile to help us sell a unique property, making sure to find the right purchaser and to walk us through a complicated process. He was happy to answer all our questions and was great with our kids as well. Would happily recommend their personal and caring service
