this agency is a joke ! Reason ? added house with sale agreed status . on their page only ... within 2 hours house sold . i got a proof now that rumors are true bout you .

I was told by a current tenant that they are 'a pain on the ass' but i would never judge a company or person based on someone else's experience. Unfortunately I quickly learnt why this person felt this way. I called about a house to let and was put on hold for 10 min. Then someone in the office came on and said let me put you through to the right person, 20 min later another person until finally someone said we will call you back. Same thing next day. Then after expressing my frustration with waiting on the phone in the politest possible way I was told that I needed to provide a Tax Return showing over £17K profit, a Bank Statement with over £17K savings just to rent a property. My credit rating is 952 out of 999. Never missed a payment in my life. This is not good enough nowadays even to rent a property. Well at least not with UP's.
