I have never had a worse experience with any agencies, ever, and I was a student. Please save yourself the stress and upset. They work hard to make the properties look like decent places and are helpful and forthcoming, UNTIL you sign the contract. Then, every encounter I have had since, the agents are unhelpful, disinclined and on top of it, rude, with serious delusions of adequacy - and that is if you can even get a hold of them. Issues get pasted over (literally and figuratively) but never actually get 'repaired'. They cut corners where they can and have a 'handy man' who isn't any better than what you could do yourself to fix things. The housing quality is far below sub par, our particular property has a mouse infestation, a broken front door and our post gets stolen regularly. Everything gets painted nicely then falls apart the moment you move in. DON'T DO IT.

Cannot recommend property people enough! Dealt with Delia and the girls in the North& West branch and have to say they were excellent in every way. Delia went out of her way to help us find the perfect property and also to get us moved in on time. The staff are highly professional but friendly and genuine.

Not a good property Agent to deal with. If an appliance breaks down they will not replace it, but will instead direct you towards the Roman Catholic St. Vincent de Paul charity on the Antrim Road. ( Protestants included ) The maintenance staff are rude and treat tenants as imbeciles while letting you know that they are in fact doing you a favor. Property People will promise you the sun, moon and stars in order to get you to sign a tenancy agreement. You are advised to read their tenancy agreement before committing yourself and paying out any monies. My advice is to seek out a private landlord to deal with directly. Letting Agents have been ripping people off for too long in Northern Ireland and politicians, many of whom are landlords themselves, are not legislating enough to control rental charges and protect private tenants more.

Great, friendly company to deal with. The staff were more than helpful and couldn't have been nicer. Would highly recommend.
