As a buyer who interacted with McGranaghan's who were engaged by the seller, I found communicating with Mark to be straightforward and helpful. I had some extra steps involved in purchasing, such as a slightly delayed timeline on my end due to contracting a building surveyor outside of lender survey, and Mark was understanding and relayed the information and reasoning to the vendor, helping to make clear it was not something that would cause issues for completion. Overall, buying a house being sold through McGranaghan Estate Agents was a smooth, painless process, and I would recommend them.
