The trouble begins before you even move in. Absolute disgrace of an agency. A good place to begin is the completely rude, dishonest and unprofessional staff who lie about the state of the houses and the intentions of the landlord in order to get you to sign a contract. Was promised a 'complete turn around' and 'deep clean' - very convincing at the time and now absolutely laughable. Nothing changed since the initial viewing. The house that was presented is hardly fit to meet environmental health standards. Disgusting and damp. The 'brand new sofa' as promised prior to signing the lease looks like it came from the skip! None of the kitchen appliances (washing machine, cookers and fridge freezer) actually work as yet, there is still a broken window in the house which has yet to be repaired. Staff become angry at inquiries about such problems and brush them off. Will keep you updated

Some seriously rude, negligent and unprofessional people work here. Had serious issue with one of the agents over a small issue, stubbornness and ignorant emails caused major conflict that made me decide to leave their house let and find other company, I wouldnt recommend them.

Absolutely horrible agency (Belfast). Myself and the other 4 tennants that I live with have been ringing constantly for the past two months about broken locks on the doors and the water tap is not working correctly and hasn't been since we moved in. We are being completely ignored and it is so disrespectful. Will never deal with property people again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Unprofessional liars.

Have rented a student accommodation around the Stranmillis. They have attended to queries and repairs promptly. Thoroughly satisfied. I would recommend them.

Rented off property people for two years in two different student houses, within the holylands which were grand. Had no problems with the staff as we were good tenants...
