Michael Chandler Estate Agents have been managing my property in South Belfast for the past five years. They have been absolutely brilliant at looking after the property and sorting any problems. They have also been great at finding and dealings with tenants. I really cannot recommend them highly enough and special thanks to Jonathan Moore who deals with my affairs.

In my experience the Michael Chandler Agency provides a fast, efficient and professional service. I normally deal with Jonathan Moore concerning lettings and I can say he is very thorough with photos, paperwork and viewings etc. He is also very responsive to my communications and that is reassuring. Furthermore, I am always very impressed by his ability to obtain high-quality and well qualified tenants very quickly indeed! First class service from start to finish. Moving house is a very stressful process but the team at Michael Chandler were exemplary from start to finish, reducing a lot of that stress. Michael Chandler were very professional and friendly throughout my selling/buying process. No question was too small, and always answered in a prompt manor. I had a difficult issue on the day of my move, this was eventually resolved and not MC's fault however Camy was very helpful in getting this issue resolved.
